Masculine Structural Rhinoplasty

GORE-TEX BRIDGE AUGMENTATION WITH TIP SUPPORT

A straighter, stronger bridge in proportion to a masculine face.

ProfilePre-op and immediately after
Shared with written patient consent. Individual results vary.

CONCERN ADDRESSED

A low or flat nasal bridge, with the goal of a straight, strong profile that suits a masculine face.

PROCEDURE

The bridge is built up with an ePTFE (Gore-Tex) implant, and the tip is supported with the patient's own cartilage, keeping the lines straight rather than scooped.

ANAESTHESIA & DURATION

Anaesthesia planned at consultation · typically 2–3 hours

RECOVERY

Splint off at 5–7 days. Visible bruising settles over 2–3 weeks.

FINAL RESULT

About 80–90% of swelling resolves by 3 months; the tip keeps refining for 12–18 months.

Post-op photos were taken during early recovery, before swelling has settled. The final result develops over the months that follow.
